Must-Have Skills:

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: With over 5 years of experience, demonstrate your mastery in Digital Marketing, particularly in social media management.
  • Commercial Approach: Showcase your ability to analyse results, define future opportunities, and assist in setting budgets at a director level.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of emerging trends and platform changes across all social media channels.
  • Advanced Social Media Strategies: Develop, execute, and optimise advanced social media strategies, including paid ads and organic content.
  • Content Creation: Take the lead in crafting on-brand content, comprising captivating visuals and engaging videos. This role carries the responsibility of generating most of our content, requiring proficiency in operating a camera, capturing footage, and produce content that aligns seamlessly with our brand identity. A strong emphasis on on-brand design and meticulous attention to detail are indispensable qualities for this position.
  • Team Collaboration: Be a team player, who immerse themselves in the business and takes the time to understand intimately both the client, and the team culture to enable this to come to life online.
  • Autonomous Execution: Demonstrate business acumen by taking control of the role and executing autonomously.

Key Purpose:

As our Social Media Specialist, you'll lead the charge in driving engagement and expanding our online presence across all social media platforms.

Primary Duties:

  • Social Media Champion: Elevate our social media activity, develop creative growth strategies, and analyse metrics for optimal results.
  • Social Media Calendar: Integrate and manage our social media calendar, organizing quarterly training workshops to keep the team informed and inspired.
  • Instagram: Create captivating posts, foster growth and interaction, and share community content to engage our followers.
  • Facebook: Generate engaging content, foster growth and interaction, and respond promptly to inquiries and comments.
  • LinkedIn: Share compelling content, cultivate connections, and monitor and moderate content to maintain a positive presence.
  • Videos & Reels: Produce high-quality videos and reels content to showcase our brand and add vibrancy to our profile.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Compliance with company customer service standards.
  • Accuracy of all documentation.
  • Growth in social media audience and engagement metrics.
