Software Analyst / Data Analyst / Support Technician

Geroc develops products used to centrally manage, report and visualize spatial project data. 

The majority of our customers work in the geotechnical engineering / geo-environmental sector, including consulting engineers, drilling contractors and laboratories, with projects ranging from residential sites through to complex infrastructure projects.

The Role

We're currently expanding into the Australian market, with significant interest in our products.

We're looking for someone that can assist with product support and onboarding of new customers.

Key requirements for this role include:

• Excellent communication skill (English).
• Excellent computer skills.
• Strives to provide high quality results. 
• Be able to work alone and in a team environment.
• Be diligent in the documentation of work.
• Be a permanent resident.

This is a casual role 20-hours per week, Monday to Friday.  

The successful applicate will need to be inquisitive and aware, confident communicating with customers to answer questions, assess specific requirements, develop estimates for the work, and working through various steps of implementation.
