As part of an empowered cross-functional product team, you’ll help build data tools, pipelines, and APIs that are essential to our customers' success. After all, we can’t solve our customers’ problems without their data. And as agents begin to act on our customers’ behalf, data extraction becomes even more critical. What will you work on?
You’ll join a team solving complex problems for enterprise customers, including:

• Server-Side Sync: You’ll work on a system to remotely configure clients that run in customer data centres, enabling them to send us business data to be analysed by Phocas products.
• APIs: You’ll help lay the groundwork for future applications and AI agents that will provide unique insights and user experiences built on top of the business data in Phocas.
• Data Entry: You’ll develop tools that give users the ability to create and edit datasets directly in Phocas.

What skills do you need?
You’re a full stack engineer with strong back-end skills, including:

• Implementing web services in C#, ideally on AWS
• Analysing and transforming data using SQL, including working with large or complex datasets
• Focusing on data correctness, performance, and maintainability in data-heavy systems
• Integrating with third-party APIs or SaaS data sources

• Front end experience, ideally with TypeScript and React
