What you’ll do

• Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of our Identity and Access Management system.
• Support the evolution of our Core platform to keep it reliable, secure, and high-performing.
• Work closely with other teams to turn ideas, feedback, and customer needs into real improvements.
• Get to know an established, complex codebase — understand how it works and help make it cleaner, safer, and more efficient.
• Bring curiosity, initiative, and thoughtful problem-solving to your day-to-day work.

What you’ll bring

• Experience building with React and C#.
• Confidence digging into larger systems and understanding how pieces fit together.
• An ability to spot issues and propose practical, elegant solutions.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach — you like working things out with others.
• A focus on writing secure, maintainable, and reliable code.
