Software Solutions Architect

Youtap is seeking a Senior Software Solution Architect wwith a minimum of 7 years experience to define and lead the technical vision for our global fintech platform. You will own the software architecture roadmap, guide the integration of AI and NoCode technologies, and ensure our Java + Spring Boot + PostgreSQL platform continues to scale securely and efficiently for enterprise customers worldwide.

This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership of distributed engineering teams, collaboration with vendors like Microsoft (Youtap is a Microsoft Managed Partner for Microsoft Azure Cloud), and the ability to communicate complex solutions across engineering, product, and executive teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership:

• Define, evolve, and document the architecture for Youtap’s multi-tenant, cloud-native platform.
• Lead architecture reviews, solution design, and implementation best practices.
• Maintain and communicate the software architectural roadmap to developers and management.

• AI & NoCode Strategy:

• Lead integration of AI tools and services into Youtap’s products, development, and QA processes.
• Collaborate with vendors (e.g., Microsoft) to evaluate and adopt AI-driven capabilities.
• Architect and extend NoCode platform capabilities for rapid deployment and configuration.

• Technical Innovation & Evaluation:

• Assess and implement new databases, storage systems, and big data platforms.
• Drive adoption of cloud-native and event-driven design patterns.
• Promote automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.

• Collaboration & Leadership:

• Mentor and guide onshore and offshore development teams.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and global clients across multiple time zones.
• Ensure technical standards, security compliance (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001), and scalability.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• 7+ years in enterprise software engineering, with 4+ in architecture or technical leadership.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and API-first architecture.
• Proven experience in NoCode/Low-Code platforms and extensibility.
• Leadership in AI adoption for product features, development automation, and QA tooling.
• Experience leading offshore teams and managing multi-region delivery.
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure Cloud, AWS, CyberSecurity are a plus
• Proficiency with Bitbucket, JIRA, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native environments.

Preferred:

• Experience with Azure AI, data pipelines, or AI-enabled QA/test automation.
• Fintech or enterprise SaaS background.
• Familiarity with ISO 8583, ISO 20022, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001.
