The successful candidate will have the chance to review and draft commercial contracts, deal with franchising, subdivisions, off the plan sales for developers, commercial leasing, business and commercial property acquisitions and disposals, corporate governance, finance, trusts, conveyancing, and more. If you are passionate about certain areas of practice more than others, our client is open to tailoring the role to suit your interests. • A minimum of 1 year of post-admission experience is required but the firm is open to considering lawyers in the junior to intermediate range
• Ability to relate well with people
