About the role

Our FUJIFILM Business Innovation team in Auckland is on the lookout for a driven and results-oriented sales professional to join their team. We're looking for an autonomous and self-motivated sales person to take our products and services to market in Auckland.

As part of our expanding commercial solutions offering, you'll have the opportunity to engage customers across both FUJIFILM's market-leading print and workplace technology solutions. This broader portfolio enables you to have more strategic conversations with customers, solve a wider range of business challenges, and unlock additional revenue opportunities.

Other duties include:

• Understand prospective and existing customer’s business challenges and offer customised solutions that align with their goals.

• Develop and implement strategies for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

• Develop strategic account plans that uncover opportunities to cross-sell and upsell technology solutions across both existing and new customers.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

• Lead demonstrations on a range of products and technologies to customers, educating them on the features, benefits, and differentiation.

• Customer retention and satisfaction 

• Ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date

Skills & experience

We are looking for someone that has experience in selling solutions, but more importantly, you will love sales and working in a fast, dynamic sales environment and be able to operate independently. The successful candidate will also display:

• A confident, outgoing nature with excellent interpersonal skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience B2B solutions sales

• Experience identifying customer challenges and aligning solutions to business outcomes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to work autonomously

• Perseverance and resilience 

• Be a team player but able to work autonomously as well
