Candidate must have at least 2 years experience working as a Barista and prior management experience in any industry. Lots of flexibility for the right person!

THE ROLE

As the Full-Time Manager, you will be the driving force behind Soul Boul's day to day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of passionate individuals to deliver exceptional service and uphold our high standards.
• Overseeing daily operations, including inventory management, cashing up, staff scheduling, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Cultivating a positive work environment where creativity, teamwork, and excellence thrive.
• Interacting with customers to ensure their needs are met and their experiences exceed expectations.
• Implementing strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and enhance the café's reputation within the community.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous managerial experience in any industry is essential.
• 2 years minimum barista experience required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering results and achieving targets.
• Flexibility to work weekends when required
