We’re looking for a Sous Chef who wants to be part of this story from day one. Someone who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and understands that food is more than just what’s on the plate — it’s the heartbeat of an experience.

As Sous Chef, you’ll work alongside our Executive Chef to shape a menu that’s modern, expressive, and driven by quality. You’ll take the lead in day-to-day operations, guide and develop your team, and ensure every service delivers on our promise: food that excites and inspires.

What we’re looking for

• At least three years’ experience in a busy kitchen leadership role


• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team


• A passion for innovation and an eye for detail


• Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and compliance


• A calm, confident presence under pressure
