Job Description - Specialist Referrer Relationship Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity is available for a Referrer Relationship Specialist to join the IDX New Zealand Radiology team on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for establishing new relationships and maintaining longstanding partnerships with local specialist referrers and other relevant stakeholders. Drawing upon your expertise gained within the healthcare industry, you will work towards increasing referrer numbers and market share for the IDX New Zealand business.

You will be required to evaluate customer research, maintain existing and develop new specialist referrer relationships, monitor market conditions and competitor data and implement business development and marketing strategies. This varied role will provide you with the opportunity to work with a highly motivated NZ Leadership team, grow with the business and increase your knowledge of the diagnostic imaging space.

ABOUT YOU

You will be someone who can build your own day; happy to be out on the road working independently while knowing you have the support of the IDX NZ team behind you. 

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and expertise:

  • Proven track record in Specialist Referrer Relationship Management with a strong customer focus
  • Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to set and achieve financial goals, sales and conversion targets
  • Ability to execute and manage lead generation strategies
  • Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
  • Healthcare / Pharmaceutical / Medical Sales or diagnostic imaging background highly desirable,
  • Current NZ full driver's license
