Sr Engineering Manager Business Systems

We're looking for a leader who is as comfortable with business strategy as they are with software architecture. You'll thrive in our fast-paced, global, matrixed environment by building strong, trust-based relationships across teams and regions. 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering or enterprise business systems. 5+ years of experience managing and leading technical teams. A strong understanding of major enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, CPQ, etc.), with a proven track record of delivering complex system integrations. Proven experience supporting channel or indirect partner business models and processes. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and work across different business and IT functions.
