STMS | Traffic Management Specialist | Christchurch

Join Isaac Construction and play a key role delivering safe and efficient traffic management across a variety of civil infrastructure and construction projects throughout Canterbury.

We're looking for an experienced STMS who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in safety, and wants to be part of a respected South Island contractor with a strong reputation for quality and delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Implementing and monitoring Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)

• Supporting construction and maintenance projects across Canterbury

• Ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient traffic management on site

• Communicating with crews, subcontractors, clients, and the public

• Contributing to a strong health and safety culture

What you'll bring

• Current STMS qualification (or equivalent under the NZTA Road Worker Protection framework)

• Experience in traffic management within civil construction or infrastructure projects

• Strong commitment to health, safety, and compliance

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Full New Zealand driver's licence (Class 2 advantageous)

• Legal right to work in New Zealand
