We are looking for driven and enthusiastic Retail Managers (Store and Assistant Store Managers) to join the teams in Chartwell & Te Awa.

About the Role

• Lead by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them to deliver on team budgets and KPIs
• Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes
• The execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions
• Understanding of Stock Management processes and can prioritise tasks
• Previous experience coaching and providing on the spot feedback with your team

Salary

$24.78 - $28.69 p/h
