What You'll Do:

• Lead and Inspire: Take the reins as a Store Manager and lead your customer service team to success. Be a positive force in the workplace, inspiring your team to deliver 

incredible experiences and magical moments for our customers.

• Drive Growth: Collaborate with your Regional Manager to drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for growth. Your strategic approach to problem-solving will contribute to the overall success of our brand.
• Coaching Excellence: Share your passion for retail by coaching and motivating your team. Nurture an environment where each team member can reach their full potential and contribute to the store's success.
• Customer Service Champion: Showcase your proven customer service skills to provide a positive and unique in-store experience for all customers.
• Time Management Pro: Display excellence in time management and organisational skills. Delegate effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage monthly rosters within store wage budget.
