Job Title: Store Manager/Operations Advisor

Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven and strategic thinker to oversee the daily operations of our store with a strong focus on sales, alongside providing operational guidance across multiple locations. This role involves managing the store for 28 hours per week (Sole Charge) with an emphasis on driving sales, as well as dedicating 12 hours per week to traveling to other stores within our network or working from home depending on what is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales-Focused Store Management (28 hours per week):

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high standards of service and product knowledge.
• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a seamless and memorable shopping experience that highlights the unique products from NZ creatives.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a dedicated team of store staff, cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Style and merchandise the product, partnering with our Visual Merchandising Manager to weave captivating displays.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Uphold high standards of customer service, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Operations Advisory (12 hours per week):

• Assess current operational processes and develop strategies to enhance efficiency without compromising on customer experience.
• Provide guidance on inventory management and supply chain optimization. 
• Collaborate with management to develop and execute operational plans aligned with sales goals and overall company objectives.
• Conduct regular store visits to other locations, offering support and guidance to ensure consistency in operations and sales initiatives.
