Store Manager - Palmerston North

Y ou've spent time already in a management role in a large format retail business and you've flourished. You've had success in setting KPIs and bringing in sales, and naturally, you know your way around a computer. As the Store Manager at one of our Superstores, you will oversee a single location where customers can find all three of our brands: Number One Shoes , Hannahs , and Hush Puppies .

We are currently seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Palmerston North store team.

This is a fulltime role, working a 40 hour with a weekly roster as follows:

• Tuesday: 9:00 to 17:15
• Wednesday: 9:00 to 17:30
• Thursday: 9:00 to 17:30
• Friday: 8:45 to 17:30
• Saturday: 9:00 to 17:00

• Develop and maintain a businessplan for your store, measuring its performance including using KPIs to motivateyour team to achieve even greater results.
• Enjoy working in a hands-onenvironment that is physically demanding at times.
• Apply robust stock managementprocesses to keep levels accurate.
