ABOUT THE ROLE

This Branch Manager role will work Full-Time Tuesday to Saturday in our Glassons Queenstown Branch where you will be responsible for the overall running of the store, including:

• Recruiting and retaining a high-performing team with a particular focus on team training and development.
• Driving sales and promotional activities to exceed sales targets.
• Managing day-to-day operational deadlines such as rosters and stock management.
• Maintaining store presentation standards through effective visual merchandising.

ABOUT YOU

Ideally, you will have worked in a retail management or supervisory role, along with:

• A genuine interest in fashion and a career at Glassons!
• Proven experience in a leadership position where you motivated, supported, and engaged a team to uphold a high-performing working environment.
• Strong organisational and administration skills to ensure daily operational activities are executed to a high standard while also delivering amazing sales results.
• Next level communication skills to connect with our team and customers and achieve sales targets and KPIs through your expert product knowledge and passion for Glassons.
