Qualifications & experience

• Retail Management Experience - Have you dipped your toe in management before? If you have a proven track record in Retail Management, we want to hear from you!
• Leadership & Communication Skills - Strong leadership qualities that can ignite the passion in your team. Excellent communication skills to internal and external customers.
• Sales & Business Acumen - Strong understanding of sales and techniques and strategies, and how to instil these in your team. Ability to analyse sales trends and forecasts and plan accordingly.
• Customer Focus - Everything we do, we do for the customer. We want to lead this focus as an example to the team. Dedication to exceptional customer service every time. If we make a mistake, let's fix it fast!
• Organisational & Problem Solving Skills - Are you a solutions oriented thinker? Are you quick to think on your feet? Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple competing priorities

Tasks & responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management - Oversee and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and create a great customer experience
• Customer Experience - Ensure you and your team provide a first class customer experience every time. We want to create such a great experience, that our customers can't help but keep coming back
• Stock Management - Oversee the inbound / outgoing stock in your store. We know that a big part of a successful store is having relevant stock for your customers to shop. Drive successful stock management in your store and it will drive sales too!
• Visual Merchandising - Everyone's favourite part! Plan and execute compelling commercialised visual displays to entice customers to shop. We have visual merchandising standards that will guide you
