Store Manager- Whakatane

Seeking an experienced sales manager and people leader with a strong business mindset to join us as a Store Manager as we continue to grow within the Whakatane region!

About the Role

This position is responsible for overall store operations, sales profitability and staff management. Operating an efficient, productive and profitable business is a key focus, as well as providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships. This is a challenging and hands-on role which requires an experienced people manager to lead staff, grow the business and maintain and build relationships.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• A minimum of 1 years' experience within retail sales and people management
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills
• Previous exposure with management reporting, stock control and an understanding of what it takes to successfully run a busy store
• A strict approach to Health and Safety and compliance across the business
• A high standard when it comes to store presentation
• Previous tyre or automotive experience, or enthusiasm to learn the industry
