About the role | Mō te tūranga:
We’re seeking an energetic, reliable and tech-savvy Store Person to join our Logistics Team in Auckland. This full-time position (80 hours per fortnight) offers variety, activity, and the chance to be a key part of our operation.

We have a busy store area that requires hands-on stock management using a pallet lifter (no forklift license required). Some courier duties may be required occasionally, so if you enjoy being on the move, working with a team, and making a real impact, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Entering orders and receipting all inward goods in the inventory management system, maintaining approved paper and electronic filing systems.


• Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles if required.


• Checking goods received to match packing slips and take corrective action where necessary (e.g. contact suppliers to deal with shortfalls, damage etc).


• Picking and packing orders for our Collection Centres and for dispatch to medical practices and rest homes throughout the Auckland region.


• General warehouse duties including delivery of packages internally.


• Performing monthly stocktakes.


• General warehouse housekeeping to keep the storage areas clean and tidy.


• Management of returned stock.


• Cover courier driving duties from time to time.

To be successful in this role you need to have:

• Be physically fit and able


• Attention to detail with good numeracy skills


• Able to use a variety of I.T. systems for stock management and ordering


• Good communication skills to interact with the team in the Laboratory, Offices, couriers, and suppliers.


• Health & safety focused and takes pride in their presentation.


• Respect for always ensuring patient confidentiality in all matters.


• A clean, full New Zealand driver’s license


• Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
