Storeperson / Customer Service

This is a unique role that encompasses both store work with backup customer service. 

In the role you will:

• Receive incoming goods, check the quantity, quality, and product type 
  


• Liaise with couriers and customers for the pick-up and delivery of goods
  


• Update customers on expected ETA’s and delays
  


• Update back order and dispatch reports
  


• Ensure all store stock levels are kept to the required levels
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of warehousing experience
  


• Customer service experience 
  


• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  


• Strong attention to detail
  


• Forklift licence
