Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Storeperson/Warehouse Assistant to join our Clients team. Knowledge of warehouse processes and standards required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Inwards Goods: Receive and inspect incoming stock, verify quantities, and check for any damages.
• Picker Packer: Accurately pick and pack orders for dispatch. Operating Forklift
• Dealing with Couriers: Coordinate with couriers for pickups and deliveries.
• Basic Computer Skills: Perform data entry and inventory management using basic computer programs.
• Manufacturing Support: Assist with small-scale manufacturing tasks, which may include using:

- Drill Press

- Lathe

- Band Saw

Requirements:

• Must have current OSH certification and be an experienced forklift operator
• Must have clean CL1 full licence and reliable transport
• Warehousing/stores experience
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Must have outstanding communication skills - verbal and written
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
• You must be able to pass a drug and alcohol pre-employment screen and have a clear Ministry of Justice record.
