Strategy Analyst

Join the Strategy and Execution team as a Strategy Analyst, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping enterprise-level decisions and driving strategic outcomes across the business.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders to tackle complex challenges—structuring problems, quantifying trade-offs, and turning analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.

Working cross-functionally, you’ll play a key role in aligning thinking, challenging assumptions, and ensuring the business delivers on its strategic priorities. This isn’t a traditional delivery or programme role—it’s about strategic oversight, sharp thinking, and connecting strategy to execution in a meaningful way.

What you’ll be doing in this role:

• Turn complexity into clarity: Translate ambiguous questions into structured frameworks, measurable outcomes, and actionable insights


• Drive strategic decisions: Lead analysis, modelling, and scenario planning to evaluate trade-offs and deliver clear recommendations


• Shape strategy and storytelling: Support strategy development and create high-impact Executive and Board materials


• Align strategy with execution: Track initiatives, challenge plans, and manage risks to keep delivery on track


• Influence across the business: Partner with cross-functional teams to challenge thinking and drive outcomes

About You
You’re a commercially minded problem-solver with a passion for strategy and a track record of turning complex challenges into clear, actionable insights. Comfortable working in ambiguity, you bring a structured approach to problem-solving and the confidence to partner with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and drive outcomes.

With experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a commercial role, you have strong foundations supported by a relevant degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field. You bring strong analytical capability and are confident working across financial, commercial, and operational data—building business cases, evaluating trade-offs, and applying sound judgement to support strategic decisions.

You are naturally curious with the ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into clear frameworks and practical solutions. Alongside this, you bring excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to clearly articulate insights and engage stakeholders at all levels, including Executive.

Above all, you have a strong commercial mindset and the confidence to challenge thinking, build trusted relationships, and contribute to better business outcomes.
