Strength & Conditioning Coach - Adams Centre for High Performance

We are seeking two passionate Casual Strength and Conditioning Coaches to continue growing the success of the Adams Academy - a programme designed to support our local high performance athletes and those with high performance aspirations and potential. If you understand how to develop and implement successful athlete development programmes to create winners on the national and international stage, then this could be the role for you.

These casual roles would suit qualified Strength and Conditioning coaches with experience in implementing programmes for emerging high performance athletes. Candidates are required to have a Bachelor’s qualification in sport. You will need to be skilled in developing strong relationships and have the ability to relate to people at all levels, in particular athletes, their parents, athlete development personnel and other high performance staff

What you'll bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sport (required)


• ASCA Certificate (desired)


• Have a passion for youth athlete development


• Excellent organisational and communication skills


• Exceptional customer service focus


• Effective interpersonal skills


• Solution focused


• Experience in programme design and delivery


• Excellent understanding and appreciation for all sports
