To meet the unique needs and requirements of online students, UoA Online offers a range of services designed specifically for its students. The UoA Online Student Advice team forms an essential part of this service provision, whereby a team of UoA Online Student Advisers act as the primary point of contact for all UoA Online students across their full student lifecycle, with the ultimate purpose of maximising enrolment, retention, and foster overall student success.
Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
We are seeking a UoA Online Student Adviser to join our UoA Online Student Advice team (located at New market Campus) to ensure the success and retention of UoA Online students.
In this role, you will be a primary point of contact for UoA Online cohorts, offering the necessary advisement and support across the full student lifecycle – from matriculation to graduation. Our goal is to maximise enrolment, retention, and student success, while also elevating the student experience.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), fixed-term position for 12 months.
The remuneration is $62,400 - $67,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.
