Student Wellbeing (Tūturu) Director - Dynamic Team

Are you an experienced senior leader passionate about fostering young people’s wellbeing, with an understanding of both the secondary education and health sectors? We are seeking a Student Wellbeing (Tūturu) Director to spearhead a transformative programme that bridges youth development, education & health to improve young people’s wellbeing. 

As the Student Wellbeing (Tūturu) Director, you will be at the forefront of the Tūturu initiative, a pioneering approach that both unites schools and local health providers to cultivate student wellbeing and works to equip schools with the things they need to help build young people’s critical thinking skills.  

You’re strategic, able to adapt, excellent at managing a team, and great at building relationships and managing contracts. You are experienced at working respectfully in partnership with Māori.

Auckland or Wellington location preferred, but other locations will be considered for the right candidate. Hybrid workplace (a 50/50 home/office split).
