About the role

Working as part of a future-focused team responsible for leading and delivering world class customer strategies you’ll improve our support for suppliers through:

·Simplifying supplier processes

·Responding to queries

·Creating and managing supplier accounts and resolve any issues that arise

·Creating operational supplier dashboards for key metrics that are easy to understand and actionable for our category teams

·Supporting regular supplier training and communications, as well as a new supplier induction programme to assist the onboarding of suppliers

·Supporting the team through good communication and leveraging technology at scale and delivering support for our category team, stores and suppliers

About you

You’ll have a great attention to detail, experience in identifying errors and taking steps to prevent these going forward. You’ll also:

·Be an exceptional communicator, enabling you’ll to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders

·Build and maintain lasting relationships

·Have great organisation and attention to detail with good technical capabilities, ideally in SAP

·Having knowledge of merchandise and/ or supply chain would be advantageous
