We’re on the hunt for a proactive and detail-driven Supply Chain Coordinator to help keep Soudal’s supply chain running like clockwork! In this hands-on role, you’ll be at the heart of their operations—working closely with suppliers both locally and overseas, managing stock levels, purchasing products and materials, and continuously improving supply processes.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills will ensure efficiency and reliability across the supply network.

Key responsibilities include:

• Purchasing & Inventory: Manage stock levels while meeting DIFOT and procurement targets.
• Vendor & Supply Management: Maintain accurate stock data and coordinate shipments.
• Inventory Control: Oversee stock takes, adjustments, and raw material readiness.
• Data & Analysis: Manage ERP systems, track materials and forecasts, and update GS1 master data.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with Inwards Goods & Assembly for seamless operations.
• Projects & Innovation: Lead and support supply chain improvements.

We are looking for a driven and curious professional that has an eagerness to learn, be a critical thinker, a natural problem-solver, with a ‘can-do’ attitude.

Your ability to negotiate effectively, combined with a strong sense of accountability, will be essential in this role.

You’ll bring solid experience with Excel and Microsoft systems, and exposure to BI tools and enterprise-level ERP systems will set you up for success. A keen analytical mindset, a solutions-focused approach, and exceptional attention to detail—particularly in master data management—are must-haves. While knowledge of GS1 data standards is a bonus, it’s not a dealbreaker. Familiarity with import processes and regulations will also be valuable as you navigate the complexities of global supply chains.
