About the Role | Mō te tūranga
Help people live independently by coordinating personalised support services across Auckland. As a Support Coordinator, you’ll ensure the right Community Support Worker is matched with the right client at the right time even when plans change quickly.


This is a dynamic, people-focused role ideal for someone with strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. You’ll be the connection point between clients, families, and support staff, helping to ensure high-quality service every day.


What You'll Bring | Ō Pūkenga



  • Experience in scheduling

  • NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident (required)

  • A Full NZ Driver’s Licence

  • Work experience in a health field (desirable)

  • Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple priorities

  • Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office and client databases

  • Friendly phone manner and a positive, team-oriented attitude
