We're looking for a reliable Surfaces Reinstatement Technician/Labourer to join our Christchurch team, with opportunities to develop additional skills supporting our telecommunications crews.

What You'll Be Doing

• Reinstating surfaces using topsoil and grass, concrete and asphalt


• Completing reinstatement works to a high standard and project specifications


• Assisting telecommunications crews and developing additional fibre-related skills when required


• Operating powered equipment, hand tools and company vehicles


• Supporting the team with general labouring tasks


• Upholding Civtec's safety, wellbeing and environmental standards every shift

What You'll Bring

• Previous turf, asphalt, and concrete experience


• Proven reliability and a strong work ethic - your team depends on you


• Physical fitness suited to manual handling across full shifts


• A current driver's licence and ability to pass pre-employment checks
