To support us we have an exciting opportunity in our Group Talent Acquisition team for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Auckland. As a busy, dynamic, and strategic Talent Acquisition team, we work hard, laugh, support each other, and learn together.

 As a dynamic and strategic Group Talent Acquisition team, we partner across Beca to deliver diverse talent objectives and initiatives. We combine our collective expertise and continuously explore new approaches to strengthen our presence and competitive edge in the talent market.

Far from being repetitive, you’ll play a hands on role in a significant delivery phase, with plenty of variety and learning opportunities.

You’ll be involved in:

• Delivering end‑to‑end recruitment, with a strong focus on candidate experience

• Advising Hiring Managers on best‑practice recruitment approaches

• Partnering with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to support trans‑Tasman recruitment processes

• Supporting graduate and intern recruitment campaigns, talent pipelines, and social media initiatives

• Providing immigration, labour legislation, and market insights to inform recruitment decisions

This role offers variety, exposure to complex recruitment activity, and the opportunity to influence how we attract talent across Beca.

You’re an experienced recruitment professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and navigating a fast‑paced environment. You bring sound judgement, strong attention to detail, and confidence managing multiple priorities.

You’re curious, collaborative, and solutions‑focused, with the ability to balance delivery with advice and insight. Most importantly, you care about candidate experience and doing recruitment well.
