This role would suit a high-volume recruiter looking to make the move into internal recruitment.

Position Overview: Are you an experienced recruiter with a knack for managing large volumes of requisitions? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for healthcare recruitment? We're looking for a dynamic individual to oversee a diverse portfolio of clinical support roles and support office positions across New Zealand.

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing top talent, building relationships with hiring managers, and driving recruitment strategies to meet our business needs. Your strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills will be essential as you navigate the demands of our dynamic organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand talent requirements and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive talent acquisition initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Source, attract, and engage top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, drive offer negotiations, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to optimize recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully partnering with business leaders to drive recruitment strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, including sourcing techniques, interview methodologies, and candidate assessment.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using recruitment software and tools to streamline processes and track recruitment metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
