What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate international remote work approvals in line with Datacom’s compliance requirements

  • Perform administrative functions for vetting and mobility teams
  • Document processes and ensuring the protection of sensitive information.
  • Provide recommendations on security and mobility associated risks.
  • Implement strategies for the functional area, in line with the broader Datacom strategy.

What You’ll Bring

  • Have or can obtain Government Level Security Clearance*
  • Strong critical thinking and flexibility to move across tasks and priorities is essential
  • High level of attention to detail with strong commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to uphold compliance standards while maintaining operational efficiency
  • Ability to address groups and individuals across all levels confidently, and effectively deliver messages, answering questions concisely with sound factual reasoning.
  • Contribute proactively to the development and improvement of procedures, applying a strategic mindset.
  • An elevated level of personal honesty, integrity, conduct and confidentiality able to withstand any level of scrutiny, so as to project a professional positive image.
  • Strong self awareness and ability to adjust behaviour appropriately to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
