Teacher in Training (ECE)

The Role:
We are looking for a ECE Teacher in Training to join our long-standing and collaborative preschool team at Bear Park St Clair. 

As part of our preschool team you will be working in ratios of 1:8 (3.5-5 year olds) or 1:6 (2-3.5 year olds). Our Centre Director is experienced and approachable and spends time on the floor working alongside the teaching team and children to understand how best to support them.

Our generous outdoor areas and expansive lawns allow children the space to explore and enjoy, and our wonderful garden and vegetable plots enable them to plant and nurture flowers and vegetables. We treasure the curiosity of each child, providing dedicated spaces for the discovery and enhancement of their many expressive languages.

With inspiration from Reggio Emilia, our teachers have a passion for inspiring wonder, creativity, imagination and investigation, fostering children's hundred languages and unravelling their theories alongside them.
