You’llbe a registered nurse with frontline management experience. You’ll manageour Waimea service which provides care to those experiencing mental healthdistress. The Team Coach for this service ideally needs to have excellent riskassessment skills, knowledge of mental health diagnoses and correspondingtreatment options, strong relationship skills with our stakeholders, and theability to provide leadership and management of our dedicated kaimahi.
As theteam coach you will also support and coach a team of support workers as they dotheir mahi working alongside guests, and use your clinical expertise to guidebest practice. You’ll inspire every member of your team to exceed theirpersonal best and to be an active team contributor.

This isa permanent full-time role, working Monday-Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm, in Nelson.

The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with a current registrationwho has experience working in the mental health industry, ideally withmanagement and leadership knowledge.
