Discover Christchurch’s thriving cultural scenewith numerous art galleries, museums, and theaters, or enjoy hiking, andexploring the beautiful natural landscapes around the region.
You’ll be a registered nurse withfrontline management experience. You’ll manage our Hillier Place service, a homelike environment that provides 24/7 crisisrespite care to up to five adults at any one time who are experiencing mentalhealth distress which prevents them from being able to remain in their homeenvironment. This setting provides short term crisis respite support, workingalongside clinical teams and GPs. The Team Coach for this service ideally needsto have excellent risk assessment skills, knowledge of mental health diagnosesand corresponding treatment options, strong relationship skills with ourstakeholders, and the ability to provide leadership and management of ourdedicated kaimahi.
As the team coach you will also support and coach ateam of support workers as they do their mahi working alongside guests, and useyour clinical expertise to guide best practice. You’ll inspire everymember of your team to exceed their personal best and to be an active teamcontributor.

Theideal candidate will be a registered nurse with a current NZ registrationwho has experience working in the mental health sector, ideally withmanagement and leadership knowledge.
