Our Gover Street clinic in New Plymouth is seeking a true leader in the clinical space, specifically to support our growing MDT. As the Team Lead you will introduce process improvements and drive your team towards success and further clinical development, whilst ensuring our clients get the best possible support. This role offers a diverse client range where you will work on a variety of cases and rehabilitation programmes. You will work autonomously and maintain a clinical caseload in addition to mentoring your team.
This is a role for an experienced clinician looking to step into the leadership space
Main responsibilities:
• Work with the Clinical / Service Leads to ensure high quality service
• Consider client feedback to develop best practice / process improvements for the clinic / region
• Deliver personalised solutions for rehabilitation services and products
• Work on a diverse and exciting caseload, determining appropriate treatment and rehabilitation plans

The ideal candidate:
• Must have registration and current APC
• 3-5 years’ experience is desirable
• Full NZ Driver’s license for community rehabilitation
• Excellent communication skills – you will be meeting new and varied people every day!
