Our client, one of the world's largest companies in makeup, skincare, and hair products, is currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Team Leader to join their team.

Mō te tūnga | About the role
You'll lead a small team, overseeing the dispatch process to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining optimal inventory levels. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various departments to streamline workflows, implementing best practices for inventory management, and resolving any issues that may arise during the dispatch process. You will also be flexible and willing to assist on the floor when needed.

Mōku ake | About you

• Proven experience in a team leadership role, preferably within a warehousing or logistics environment.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
• Valid Forklift & Reach truck licence.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively coordinate with team members and other departments.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and conducting stock checks.
