Lloyd Elsmore Park Pool & Leisure Centre is one of East Auckland’s premier aquatic hubs. As our Team Leader Aquatics, you’ll play a key role in taking the customer experience to the next level for every Aucklander who walks through our doors.

You will have strong people leadership experience as well as management experience in similar Aquatic environments.
Joining an energetic and passionate team, you will be an influential leader with experience managing and developing a high-performing team within a leisure facility. You will also ensure that employees' physical and mental well-being is always prioritised.
You will have work experience in the aquatic area, and it is important that you hold a current Pool Lifeguard Practising Certificate and have pool plant management and operations experience.
This is an onsite position. As the centre operates 7 days a week, reliability, and commitment to working early, late and weekend shifts are crucial.
