Team Leader Aus & NZ Technical Services

From our headquarters in Hamilton, New Zealand, we develop and manufacture technologies trusted by farmers around the world and supported by a global network of offices, dealers and service partners.

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Providing technical leadership, guidance and support to the team.
• Managing team workloads, resources and performance. 
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and development of technical staff. 
• Delivering technical expertise to dealers, customers and internal stakeholders. 
• Driving continuous improvement, quality, safety and operational excellence across Technical Services
• Supporting our global technical team with training where required 
• Providing commissioning support for global projects when required 
• Provide feedback to NPD around product introduction and launch activities
• Leading, coaching and developing a team of Field Technicians across New Zealand and Australia.

This role offers the opportunity to influence how Technical Services operates across both countries while helping build capability, engagement and performance within the team
