Your next opportunity

Working as part of our factory team, you will manage and direct a team of factory staff to carry out work efficiently, within allocated timeframes and to produce work that represents the Wyma brand as an industry leader whilst taking ownership for the equipment under your supervision.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personal Attributes:

• Must be able to work in a team and foster collaborative, constructive working relationships inside and outside the organisation


• Able to communicate information and ideas clearly, and concisely, in writing


• Ability to effectively delegate and coordinate people and resources


• Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual


• Ability to follow prescribed processes


• Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools (including Excel and Word) and ERP


• Attention to detail


• Intuitiveness to be able to quickly assess situations and act decisively and effectively


• Proven ability to work meet deadlines in a multi-tasking environment


• Knowledge of industrial painting tools, processes, and regulations

To be successful in the role, you will have several of the following:

• At least 10 years' relevant experience in fabrication, plant servicing, and maintenance


• Promoting a culture of health and safety


• Manufacturing/Export environment is ideal


• Computer literacy


• Demonstrable ability to foster collaborative working relationships


• Developed verbal and written communication skills
