They are seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Leader/Leading Hand to join the HVAC installation team. About the Role: Reporting directly to the Project Coordinator, the Team Leader plays a crucial role in maintaining efficiency and effectiveness in our operations. You will lead a team of three technicians, coordinating daily installation tasks and ensuring high-quality standards are met. Other responsibilities include:
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standard
- Maintain accurate records of installations and service reports.
- Delegate tasks appropriately to ensure efficient workflow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues promptly.
About You: - Proven experience in the HVAC industry, with a strong background in installation.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and safety procedures.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks related to HVAC installations.
