The Opportunity 

Are you ready to step into a Team Leader role?

We are seeking an experienced and motivated PACU Team Leader for our PACU service. 

Key Responsibilities of the Team leader

• Supporting the Unit manager providing clinical leadership to the team, 


• Coordinating on the floor over both morning and afternoon shifts

• Fostering a positive team culture focused on safety, excellence, and continuous improvement. 


• Working collaboratively with wider clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow. 


• Contribute to policy development and education in the Unit. 

• Uphold clinical standards and model best practice in patient care. 

About You 

We’re looking for someone who brings: 

• Strong clinical skills with 5+ years in PACU or similar Perioperative practise


• Commitment to service excellence and the team's professional development. 


• You enjoy working collaboratively with your team, supporting engagement and contributing to a shared culture of service excellence.
