Team Leader Sustaining Tenancies Clinical

Have you got experience developing comprehensive holistic assessments and engaging with people who are vulnerable with complex needs, particularly with regards to mental health, addictions and housing? 

We are looking for a passionate People Leader to lead staff who assist people struggling to maintain a tenancy and staff who provide practical assistance to people who need support to set up and live well in group flatting arrangements.  

Comcare assists people with mental health or addiction issues to live well, and our Housing Service provides a range of housing-related assistance for those who are vulnerable to homelessness and housing loss. 

The key attributes and abilities for this role are: 

• Leadership and people management skills 

• Experience in Mental Health, Housing Support or related field 

• Clinical Qualification (Social Work, Nursing, Psychology) 

• A positive approach along with a passion to help others 

• Flexible, adaptable, confident and able to make well considered decisions 

• Culturally aware, non-judgemental and respectful  

• Strong professional boundaries and a good work ethic.
