The Role This role is a 6-month Full-time Contract and fully on-site in Christchurch. As the Technical Business Analyst, you will be working on a business-wide integration project. This position will play a crucial role in interpreting data analytics modules to identify opportunities for improvement and provide strategic recommendations to deliver requirements. Our client is looking for a driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.

About you You are a Technical Business Analyst with prior hands-on Data Analysis experience. You have a sound knowledge of interpreting data migration activities to inform the best approach regarding business requirements. You have a proven track record of delivering successful projects and initiatives.
Requirements - Conduct comprehensive interpretation of data analytics processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization for business requirements
- Ability to perform data modeling, comprehend data requirements, and create visualizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the Data Migration Team and key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Develop detailed business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and risk assessments, to support decision-making processes
- A qualification in Business Analysis e.g. BABOK, IIBA Accredited, or ICA Agile is desirable
- A knowledge of Business/Data Analysis Techniques and tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
- Experience with the following: Jira, Promapp, Visio, and Office 365
- Experience of SDLC and Agile methodology
