Technical Business Analyst

Great opportunity to get involved in this Customer remediation project,  we are looking for a strong technical BA to develop methodologies to determine how customer refunds should be calculated and build models (Excel, SQL, SAS, Python). This is a complex environment with multiple legacy platforms, numerous product types and a variety of issues to be remedied. Successful candidates will have: 

• Expertise in identifying assumptions that can help simplify the refund calculation process
• Be proactive in delivering improvements in methodologies across refund calculations and associated analytics
• Experience in a large complex environment in a Technical Business Analyst capacity
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, SAS and Python
