The focus of this role is, in conjunction with the Data and Digital Team Lead, is to develop, deploy and maintain, software, systems and data modelling.  To ensure business requirements are captured and understood appropriately for the Data and Digital Team delivery.  Enriching data to improve information to our organisation and the provider network to improve reporting for contract management and to provide insights to improve health delivery.

You’ll bring to the role:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with skills in Microsoft PowerBI and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Commercial understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) frameworks.
• Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Integration Services (SSIS).
• Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.
• Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.
• Health Industry experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SQL database design and manipulation.
• Numerical and analytical skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field or proven aptitude.
• Diligence with quality documentation.
• Great communication skills.
• Good organisation and prioritisation – ensure that the most important jobs are completed first.
• A sense of pride in improving the knowledge of other Data & Digital team members.
