We are seeking a candidate who can solve client problems, design creative solutions, and has the ability to talk the customer through solution options. This role will see you taking the lead on key customer accounts by providing technical design and strategic consulting often working on innovative cloud solutions and products. This role suits someone who is happy to be on the tools, but also step back and provide guidance and direction to clients. We are looking for someone who has experience designing solutions for modern work place environments, for clients who want to maximise the mobility and flexibility of their workforce.

This role obviously calls a candidate capable of solving high-level technical problems and designing infrastructure/cloud solutions. You will have worked as a senior systems engineer for at least 5 years.  This role includes significant client interaction with clients in the mid-market and enterprise space. It suits a candidate with a can-do attitude who wants to please customers and resolve issues. This role will also suit an analytical candidate who can involve themselves in IT strategic issues. Technical solutions will involve a wide range of technologies but mainly centred around the Microsoft suite (Windows 10 and O365, Azure/Azure AD) of products and commonly associated enterprise technologies, Networking (LAN, VLAN, Switches, Routers), Security, and still a mix of more traditional infrastructure and Virtualisation. It might also be beneficial if you have any experience around other cloud (GCP/AWS) or DevOp’s technologies.
