Job Description - Technical Customer Service Officer
What will you be doing? Reporting to the Customer Service and Support Manager, you will be a critical part of the team, overseeing the enquiries on products from valued customers.
In this role you will showcase your interpersonal skills with your outstanding organisational skills to coordinate a variety of tasks from:
Providing technical support to customers ensuring specifications and quotations are correct.
Responding to customer email and phone enquiries, providing accurate information in a timely manner.
Ensuring customer delivery dates are maintained within SAP and variations are communicated to customers.
Liaising with manufacturing plants on product availability.
Responsible for ensuring that all warranty claims, credits or returns are resolved promptly.
What will you bring?
You will be computer savvy with attention to detail, working in an organised and methodical way.
SAP experience is advantageous.
Ability to pick up tasks quickly and use initiative. You will be open minded, adaptable to change and thrive in a busy environment.
You’re a quick thinker who embraces providing customer excellence and asks the right questions to get the job done.
Variety of workload is on offer, if you like process orientated tasks you'll thrive. Ideally you'll have 2 years of experience in a similar role and have the ability to work autonomously within the team environment. What are the benefits?
