Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead at Catch Design, you will be responsible for the technical solutions and delivery of all assigned projects. You will design and implement cutting-edge solutions within a cross-functional team, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. You will guide and mentor our talented technical team, collaborate with various departments, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical development and delivery of projects
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the development team
• Design innovative and high-quality technical solutions
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to identify project requirements and contribute to project planning
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Communicate with clients to understand and meet their technical needs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or in a senior technical role within an agency
• Proven experience in software development and system architecture
• Proven experience in building websites, web apps and platforms with complex data requirements
• Proven experience in modern headless CMS platforms
• Advanced proficiency in coding languages and development frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Curious and passionate about technology and continuous learning
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
